Uyo, Akwa Ibom State – The Utuenikan Ndito Akwa Ibom Community Development Foundation (UNAICDF) recently participated in the graduation ceremony of Union Secondary School, Ibiaku (USSI) in Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area. The event, held on October 29th, 2024, celebrated the achievements of the graduating students.

As part of its commitment to community development and education, UNAICDF donated sanitary pads to the female students. This gesture aims to address menstrual health and hygiene challenges faced by young women, promote confidence, and encourage continued education.

The foundation’s representatives, including the Akwa Ibom State Chapter Coordinator and team members, attended the ceremony to congratulate the graduates and present the donation. The sanitary pads were received with gratitude by the students, school administrators, and the USSI Old Girls Association (USSIOGA).

Furthermore, UNAICDF pledged to support the 2024 Best Graduating Student in their educational journey, highlighting the organisation’s dedication to empowering young individuals.
